The Stagecoach Line Dancing Competition is back and for the third year in a row Coachella Valley Country will be covering the event. The competition will take place on Saturday, March 30 at Big Rock Pub in La Quinta and participants will have the opportunity to win wristbands to Stagecoach Festival and may be invited to join the Stagecoach Honkytonk Dance Team.
The competition will consist of six dances; three individual dances and three couples dances. The competitiors must dance all six songs, but their partner, for the couples dances, DOES NOT have to compete. The six songs/dances that competitors will be dancing to are: Heartache on the Dance Floor, The Wolf, Booze Cruise, 2 Step, Drifter and Cowboy Cha Cha. Winners of the competition may also be asked to join the Stagecoach Dance Team, which performs at the Stagecoach HonkyTonk during Stagecoach weekend.
Along with the Stagecoach Dance Competition on March 30th, Big Rock Pub and Big John Miller will be raffling off Stagecoach wristbands every Tuesday in March. One winner will be selected every Tuesday night around 7:30pm. If your ticket is not selected, it will stay in the drawing for the remaining weeks. So the more you attend the more chances you have to win.
